I have downloaded the meet events for the Lancaster Invite Swim Meet in Lancaster, OH Nov 5-6.  There are 2 sessions, one on Saturday and one on Sunday.  You can do 4 individual events each session and I have the choice to put you in 2 relays.  There…

There is no practice Thursday, October 6th at AB due to a game. A make up practice will be held Sunday, October 9th from 12-1:30 pm.

The D&E pool will be closed Friday, October 7 due to Festival.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
