Hey Everyone,

I have downloaded the meet events for the Lancaster Invite Swim Meet in Lancaster, OH Nov 5-6.  There are 2 sessions, one on Saturday and one on Sunday.  You can do 4 individual events each session and I have the choice to put you in 2 relays.  There is an option if you do not want relays.  Please take some time to go over the entry process and I think you can pay for events through the app at this time.  This is a fun meet.  We will have a coach attending.  I have included the meet invite that I suggest you read to make sure that you understand the format and rules for the meet.  

YMCA officials will be needed and much appreciated. Any parents interested in officiating please e-mail Paul R. Hensley at [email protected] to indicate session availability. Officials who agree to work one complete session by October 14, 2022 will receive a white event polo for their time helping this weekend. 

They are having our annual TOY DRIVE. All toys will be donated to the Nationwide Children's Hospital. The team who donates the most toys will win a team banner to proudly display, while each swimmer who donates toys will be entered in a drawing for a swim bag. More information can be found in the packet. 

The Lancaster YMCA has asked for one request this year. We just had both of our gymnasiums' floors resurfaced and we are asking families who bring in their chairs to please bring an extra towel to put under the feet to help prevent scratches. This info is not in the meet packet. We are planning on covering the floors with tarps as well. Thank you for your support and understanding.
