Sign Up Instructions for Meet Events and Volunteer Jobs
HOW TO REGISTER FOR MEET EVENTS AND JOBS AT MEETS:
Swimmer Signup
Log in to the website. Under the MEETS AND EVENTS tab, select SIGNUP CALENDAR.
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green EDIT tab under your athlete's name.
- Select an option from the drop-down list next to your athlete's name:
- Attending
- Not Attending
- Select the meet events from the list shown. If a prompt comes up that asks if you have received coach approval, make sure you get that approval via email.
- Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop-down options (if offered).
- Click SAVE to record your choices.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts
- Click SAVE ASSIGNMENTS.
- Click back to the signup calendar.
