your warm -up will be 8:50-9:10 and the meet will start at 10.

I have just received information that our hours will be changed at Davis and Elkins College for the month of January and possibly February. This will be effective immediately. We will practice 8-9 pm Monday through Friday. I have no information on why this change was necessary…

Meet session 2 for Ky and Isaac starts at 8 and warm-up is at about 7:15 tomorrow.
Meet session 3 for Lilly Helmick warm-up at noon.
Tom Plemins will coach both sessions and he is from Mt State. I will be there for finals at night.
