Parents, 

Here is the information for the Wheeling meet this Saturday.  Please look it over and let me know if you have any questions.

your warm -up will be 8:50-9:10 and the meet will start at 10. 

We will have a concession stand, gift basket raffles, and sell heat sheets. We will have your swimmers Veterans Day Mission Accomplished award, which is a swim cap this year. 

We will use the gym for the swimmers camp and have a bullpen in the hallway below the concession stand. We apologize in advance that our awards will not be in until the 9th of January. So we will ship the awards to you once they are in and sorted. 

Please email me the best address to have them shipped. We will have an AO, 2 level 2 and 1 level one officials at the meet. If any of your parents want to volunteer to officiate we would be grateful. There will be 7 teams and 131 swimmers. I have attached the session report for the meet. The report does not account for the combined events. We hope to be done around 3pm.
