RAYS SWIM TEAM

1) Review the parent handbook, which is available on the YMCA's website at www.elkinsymca.com

2) Sign up online for a YMCA membership and pay the program fees on the YMCA's site at www.elkinsymca.com. You can also sign up in person at the YMCA at 400 Davis Avenue, Elkins.

3) Sign up on SwimTopia to access team news and register for swim meets. SwimTopia will be our primary method of communication this season. You can access SwimTopia on a desktop or download the app to stay in the know, on the go! Registering on SwimTopia alone does not register a swimmer for the team. Swimmers must be registered and program fees paid in full to participate in practices. . 

IMPORTANT: For returning swimmers, remember to sign in on SwimTopia before registering for the current season so that your results from past seasons gets tied to your account!

IMPORTANT: There are three opportunities to register for the 2025-26 season:

1. Register for the full season through September 30^th
2. Register for “late fall” by November 1^st to start swimming November 1st. 
3. Register by December 1^st for “last chance” registration to start swimming December 1^st.

NOTE: 

• Registration closes after December 1^st and no swimmers will be added to the roster past this date.
• If you plan on registering after fall school sports, you'll need to register for the full seaon to start practices in October, or register for the fall season and start practices after November 1st. 
• Program fees are due in full when paying online. 
• Installment payments for the full season (Sept-Feb), may be paid in three scheduled payments due at registration, October 1st and November 1st. To pay by installment, please visit the YMCA to register in person or download and email a registration form from the YMCA website and send it to [email protected]
