Great swimming yesterday against some good competition.  This is a good base to see what kind of improvement we will see in future events.  Congrats!  John sent coaches remarks on improvement.  It was great to see everyone swim.

We warm-up at 11:40, so be there about 11:15 am.  This is a YMCA Meet.  Parkersburg YMCA, 1800 30th street is the gps address.

Please review the entries for your child or children.  The event file was flawed and I had to start over.  Mostly affected younger swimmers.  There are no 25's.  I moved them up to 50's.  If you want a change, let me know today ASAP.

Important: Alderson Broaddus University has changed our practice time starting Wednesday, October 26th to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm.
