YMCA beginners will meet for their last practice on Mon. the 12th instead of Wed. the 7th (tomorrow) due to coach availability. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Here is a great video from coach Jocie.  Pay attention to the difference in catch and pull under water.  Emphasizes need for evr (early vertical forearm) and high elbow pull.  Sometimes we need to slow down to speed up.

I am happy to report that we have added a swim meet with HAYST on 12-17-22 at Wesleyan College against HAYST.  It will count toward champs in March.  Please save the date.  More details to come.
