Coaches, I want to apologize for getting the warm-up info to you this late. I know how parents get. I made the entry closing for today so I had to wait to make no new teams registered. Next year I will make the date sooner so this does not happen again. Instead of having a coaches meeting I will give the information in this email. First I am attaching the warm-up schedule. The meet will start at 12PM. There will be about 150 swimmers and all ages are swimming together so we are asking that all swimmers use the bullpen to help the meet run smoother. Please bring the checks to the computer table if you have them ready. I will email you an entry list for your teams tomorrow once the heat sheet is finished. There will be camping in the gym and your team's area will have a sign and entry list on the wall. Please remind your swimmers to enter the pool from the bullpen and exit the pool after their races through the locker room and back to the gym. There will be a concession stand for swimmers and parents. There will be heat sheets sold at the concession stands. Coaches and officials will be given food vouchers for the concession stand. We have 2 level twos, 1 level one, and an AO for the meet. We would not refuse help if any of your parents, that are officials, wanted to help. There will be speakers in the pool area and one in the gym for announcements during the meet. Let me know if you have any other questions.
