Hi parents. Here's an update on a few important team matters:

1) Schedule for this week As a reminder, this week will see some adjustment to our practice schedule due to swimmers and coaches attending the states and conference meets. UPDATED: Please be aware that Tuesday's practice at WVWC and Thursday’s practice at D&E is also now cancelled. Here's the updated schedule:

WVWC: Tuesday/Thursday canceled. Swimmers invited to D&E practice 7:30-9 PM
D&E: Practice tonight and Wednesday - Thursday/Friday canceled

2) Photographer at WVWC We have arranged for a photographer to be present at WVWC on Wednesday, the 21^st, at 6:30 PM to capture individual/team photos. The photographer has asked for an estimate of the headcount (with a minimum number). If you plan to attend, please send me a quick text at 304-704-7838 or email [email protected]. Hopefully we will have enough participation to keep this on the calendar.

3) Open Balances We’ve noticed that there are a few families with outstanding balances for meets, program fees and/or memberships. These fees are crucial for covering our pool rentals, coach salaries, and expenses related to sending our coaches to meets. Please settle balances by this Friday to continue attending practices and be eligible to participate in the upcoming final meets.
