Hello parents! We have opened registration for the 2023 fall season of RAYS! Here's a couple of important announcements:

i) We were saddened to hear about Aldersson Broadus University and what that closing means to the Phillipi community. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a practice site there this year as a result of the closing. We hope that Phillipi area swimmers will be able to continue either at our sites in Elkins or Buckhannon, or at the Clarksburg YMCA.

ii) We will practice at Wesleyan College Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 6:30-8:00 p.m. to start the season. We are open to expanding this schedule based on enrollment. At D&E, we will swim Monday through Friday 7:30-9:00 pm.  

iii) Fall season dates are September 11th through December 1st. Registration for the fall season closes September 30th. 

iii) For parents of new swimmers: Coach Eric Anger will be available tonight at 6:30 pm at D&E College pool to answer any questions you may have about the team. He will also be at Wesleyan pool Wednesday night at 6:30 pm. 

iv) Swimmers must be 9 years old and able to swim 25 yards unassisted. Swimmers younger than 9 may participate with coach approval.
