Parents,

We are in charge of hospitality for SEOWV Champs this year.  I have done this for the last couple years and not requested assistance, but I am going to ask parents going to champs to make a dessert for the table is possible.  Hospitality is for coaches and officials who attend the meet.  Let me know if you are interested or can help out.  

Also, the League President is asking for a volunteer coordinator for the event.  The job is for someone to make sure volunteers are present prior to each session.  This includes timers, marshalls, etc.  Let me know if you are interested.
